Pet Deposit
PET DEPSOSIT: (Surety of Action Deposit) in the amount of $600.00 is required to hold this Puppy for the Buyer until date of delivery.
There are no refunds of deposits, unless otherwise agreed here in writing.
The failure of the Buyer to complete this purchase would subject Seller to lost opportunities to sell the Puppy to some other Buyer and retention of the Deposit is meant to compensate Seller for his possible loss.
This deposit signifies the intent on the part of the Buyer to follow through with the purchase of this Puppy.
The Seller reserves the right to void this transaction and refund the Deposit if we learn of any reason why Buyer might not be suitable for the puppy- (i.e.of a pharmaceutical research laboratory etc.) If the transaction is voided or if through some tragic accident the Puppy were to die or otherwise be seriously injured before it goes to its new home then, of course, the deposit will be returned to the Buyer; unless the Buyer wishes to apply the Deposit to another Puppy, if one is available, or to a puppy from the next available litter.

Health Guarantee for Coton Tzu Puppies
- Health Check:
Coton Tzu Puppies has had this puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian and confirmed to be in good health as of: ______________________________ - Genetic Health Guarantee:
We guarantee that this puppy will be free of genetic defects for one (1) year from the date of purchase. - Health Concerns Within the First 4 Days:
If the puppy shows any signs of poor health within the first four (4) days of ownership, the Buyer must contact Coton Tzu Puppies immediately. The puppy must either be returned to us or taken to a licensed veterinarian for treatment. Failure to notify us and follow this process will void the health guarantee. Coton Tzu Puppies will not be responsible for any veterinarian fees or medications unless prior approval is given by the Seller. - Genetic Defects Within One Year:
If a genetic defect is discovered within the first year of life, confirmed by the Buyer’s veterinarian, Coton Tzu Puppies will provide a replacement puppy. If a replacement is unavailable within 30 days, the Seller will refund the purchase price. Coton Tzu Puppies will not cover any veterinary fees or medications. A second veterinarian’s examination may be required to verify the genetic defect. - Size, Weight, and Breedability:
While we provide an estimate of size based on the parents (sire and dam), Coton Tzu Puppies cannot guarantee the exact size, weight, or breedability of any puppy. Genetics can be unpredictable, and we cannot account for all generations in the puppy’s lineage. - Vaccination Requirements:
The puppy will require monthly vaccinations for Parvo and Distemper. Please consult with your veterinarian for further vaccination schedules and recommendations. Your vet may recommend additional vaccinations, which are at your discretion and should be discussed directly with your veterinarian. The next vaccination is due around ___________________ - Jurisdiction:
The Buyer agrees that the sale was completed in Oklahoma and consents to the jurisdiction of Oklahoma County should any disputes arise. - Veterinarian Examination Requirement:
The Buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within four (4) days of receiving the puppy. The contract must be signed by the veterinarian and returned to the Seller within twenty (20) days. Failure to have the puppy examined or return the signed contract will VOID this guarantee.
Shipping:
Shipping is available within the United States. The Buyer agrees to pay all shipping costs associated with transporting the puppy.

We’ll bring your puppy right to your doorstep! We will personally deliver your puppy to your home, ensuring a smooth transition and giving you the opportunity to meet us and get to know your new family member right away. - Ground Shipping (for select areas):
For those within driving distance, we offer ground shipping. Our team will drive your puppy to your location, ensuring they are comfortable and well-cared for along the way. - Air Travel Delivery:
If you’re located farther away, we can fly your puppy to an airport near you. We work with trusted pet delivery services to ensure your puppy is well-cared for during their flight, arriving safely and ready to meet you.
The fee for option #3 includes:
- Pet Nanny Fee.
- Pre-Flight Vet Check to Ensure Your Pup is Ready to Fly.
- Airline Approved Pet Carrier
- Airport Puppy Delivery Fee.
